From The Web: Behind the Scenes Photos

Hey movie buffs. Head on over to to take a gander at some pretty sweet behind the scene photos from some pretty sweet classic films. I particularly enjoy the Metropolis (this movie was quite a production considering it was made in 1927) and The Planet of the Apes photos. There is a picture of a ape smoking a cigarette. I dare you not to click the link below after knowing that. It can’t be done. I’ve posted a few of my favorites below, but make sure to click the link below to see them all.

New Trailer: White House Down

White House Down on

New trailer for White House Down today. The first 3/4 of the trailer is actually pretty good, then it goes into action mode and I think things fell apart a little.

A federal law enforcement officer (Channing Tatum) must protect the president (Jamie Foxx) when a heavily armed group of paramilitary invaders attacks the White House.  I tried to make this synopsis as generic as possible so if they release yet another “White House is attacked” movie this year I can just change the names. The Armageddon to Olympus Has Fallen’s Deep Impact, Roland Emmerich directs and James Woods, Maggie Gyllenhaal, and Richard Jenkins also star. White House Down hits the big screen June 28th.
